Regional Directors
The general duties of each Regional Director shall be to:
- Represent NACTA in matters of a regional nature;
- Coordinate the regional leadership structure;
- Submit timely reports to Executive Committee Meetings;
- Select a chair from their elected ranks to lead the regional directors for the year;
- Facilitate regional teaching workshops;
- Facilitate regional breakout sessions/socials at the NACTA Conference;
- Oversee marketing materials with the management firm, including a packet for Campus Ambassadors; and
- Maintain a list of Campus Ambassadors and review information packet for Campus Ambassadors.
Assistant Regional Directors
The general duties of each Assistant Regional Director shall include:
- Send NACTA information packet to new faculty and graduated students each fall semester;
- Share calls for NACTA abstracts with faculty and student researchers;
- Share NACTA Conference registration info with faculty and graduate students;
- Convey the benefits of NACTA membership at faculty events and through communication; and
- Help recognize NACTA award winners on their campuses.
